Your Mission

Your main task is to take care of the team of technical colleagues who deliver solutions to the external customers as a fist line manager. You partner with and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel at all levels.

You will be in charge of…

• Manage a diverse staff of technical specialists responsible for delivering internally configured solutions to customers
• Work cooperatively with peers to develop operational and tactical plans to support the delivery of our solutions
• Support Competency leaders in establishing procedures and guidebooks
• Work closely with key staff on assigned projects
• Manage utilization of the staff (proper assignments and workloads)
• Participate in leadership meetings/calls, helps in key decisions
• Coach team members, assign proper training and assesses training needs of the staff and support their personal development and growth
• Evaluate the performance of subordinates and regularly provides them with feedback based on this
• Advocate new company decisions/policies/processes and supports their implementation
• Develop and coach team members
• Monitor resource utilization with the Staffing manager
• Manage regional recruiting, hiring, and retention activities
• Review and approve Travel & Expenses
• Co-manage selected Partner relationships
• Provide support to PMs and assist with questions and escalations from the customer
• Leadership, including personal development, and growth support of all team members
• Assess employee performance and consistently offer constructive feedback tailored to individual growth and development

What should you have to succeed?

• Minimum 3 years of experience with People Management in technology service or SaaS organization. Experience must include supervisory, planning & evaluation responsibilities, and hiring
• Proven experience in managing medium projects and teams delivering to external customers
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
• Excellent presentation skills; comfortable interacting with executive-level management

This would make it easier

• Knowledge of Software development process, PM methodology (ideally supported by certification), and cloud-based applications software
• CPQ or Pricing Experience
• Object-Oriented Programing Languages (i.e., Java, .Net)

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is 1 200 000 CZK – 1 900 000 CZK per year, with actual pay to be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for bonus targeted at 15% of base salary, with actual payout to be determined in accordance with then-current variable pay policy(ies).
